Terms of Service

1. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase paid features, use paid tiers, request voice generation, request image generation, or access any mature or adult-oriented features. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use it in your location and that all information you provide is accurate.

We may refuse service, suspend accounts, remove content, or terminate access at any time if we believe a user is underage, violating these Terms, abusing the service, creating legal risk, harming the platform, or attempting to bypass safety systems.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The service may generate text, images, voice, character memories, personality responses, fictional dialogue, and other outputs. AI-generated content may be incorrect, fictional, offensive, incomplete, repetitive, emotionally intense, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any generated content.

Ash Rose AI does not guarantee that any AI output is accurate, safe, reliable, available, or suitable for your needs. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other high-impact decisions.

3. Personal Information and Safety

Do not share sensitive personal information with the AI or through the service. This includes passwords, private addresses, government identification numbers, bank information, payment card information, medical information, private sexual information, or information about other people without their permission.

The service is not designed for crisis support, therapy, emergency help, or mental health treatment. If you believe you or someone else may be in danger, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. Adult and NSFW Content

Certain higher tiers may allow mature, romantic, suggestive, erotic, or NSFW fictional content when it is legal, consensual, permitted by these Terms, and allowed by the site owner's content rules. Access to any mature content is limited to adults only.

You may not request, create, upload, roleplay, describe, encourage, or attempt to generate content involving:

• minors, underage characters, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexualized youth content;
• non-consensual sexual content, sexual coercion, sexual violence, blackmail, or exploitation;
• real people in sexual or intimate situations without clear consent;
• incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or other illegal sexual content;
• threats, harassment, doxxing, stalking, or abuse of another person;
• content that violates payment processor rules, hosting rules, law, or Ash Rose AI policy.

The owner may remove, block, restrict, or refuse any content or account activity at their discretion, especially if it creates legal, safety, payment processor, platform, or reputational risk.

5. User Content and Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all prompts, messages, files, images, names, backstories, character settings, memories, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content to the service.

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others, create deceptive content, distribute malware, exploit minors, harass people, generate non-consensual intimate content, or bypass safety and payment systems.

6. Images, Voice, and Browser Storage

Generated images and audio may be temporary. Some images may only be stored in your browser or chat session. Refreshing, clearing browser data, changing devices, deleting chat history, or losing local storage may remove them. If you want to keep an image or audio file, download it promptly.

We do not guarantee that generated media will be recoverable later. Media generation may fail, take longer than expected, or produce results that differ from your prompt.

7. Accounts, Subscriptions, Rose Coins, and Paid Features

Paid subscriptions, paid tiers, Rose Coins, image generation, voice generation, and other premium features may be offered through the site. Prices, limits, features, generation quality, message limits, queue priority, and availability may change at any time.

Rose Coins are a digital site credit used only inside Ash Rose AI. They are not cash, have no monetary value outside the service, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money unless required by law.

Unless a refund is required by law or expressly approved by the owner, purchases are final. The owner may issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments at their sole discretion. Users are responsible for cancelling their own subscriptions before renewal if they do not want to be charged again.

8. Availability, Queues, and Service Changes

Ash Rose AI may rely on servers, worker machines, third-party providers, payment processors, tunnels, hosting services, AI models, and other systems that can fail, slow down, disconnect, or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact response times, specific model behavior, exact media quality, or continuous availability of any feature.

We may update, limit, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including tiers, prices, models, memories, voice features, image features, queue rules, and safety rules.

9. Intellectual Property

Ash Rose AI, including its site design, branding, name, characters, code, systems, prompts, workflows, service logic, and original materials, is owned by the site owner or licensed to the site owner. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, clone, or misuse the service except as allowed by these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party rules, you may generally use generated outputs for personal use. However, you are responsible for checking whether your planned use is legal and whether any output may infringe someone else's rights.

10. Privacy and Data

The service may process account information, chat messages, prompts, generated responses, settings, memories, payment-related status information, usage records, and technical logs as needed to operate, improve, secure, troubleshoot, and enforce the service.

Ash Rose AI will not sell your personal data and will not intentionally leak your personal data. However, you are ultimately responsible for your own privacy and for choosing what information you share with the service, the AI chat, generated content, or other users.

Payment information may be handled by third-party payment processors. Do not send payment card details or passwords directly to the AI chat box. Additional privacy practices may be described in a separate Privacy Policy if one is provided.

11. Enforcement and Termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt to avoid payment, exploit technical bugs, harass others, create prohibited content, or create risk for the site owner, users, payment processors, hosts, or service providers.

Termination may result in loss of access to chats, memories, settings, generated media, subscriptions, Rose Coins, and other account features, except where law requires otherwise.

12. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ash Rose AI and the site owner disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, safety, and reliability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ash Rose AI and the site owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, emotional distress, account loss, service interruption, generated content, user conduct, payment processor decisions, or third-party failures.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the total liability of Ash Rose AI and the site owner for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Ash Rose AI in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ash Rose AI and the site owner from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
